Time changes. Thoughts changes. I am not technical much now. New things are less as technical side. I am facing more challenges in closing things to clients. UAT Sessions and Probably Conference room pilot sessions. Some times I have to fix issue and there is a lot of debugging. Now I am not doing code and development. I have to debug and fix the issues. Other side, I have to discuss with clients, what is possible and what is not possible and how much time require to develop certain feature. Some times I have to develop some process to finalize certain feature.
Now I am facing a lot of notes taking, because I started to forget, what I did two or three days ago. So I am start learning and implementation of Getting thing done, Second brain and Check list Manifesto. And possible something in between.
Now I am more interested in project management, trainings and hand over sessions.
But being a software developer, I am more interest, how it do instead what it do.
Any how if we did not change, we are under the change. So I am thinking to shift this blog to highly technical blog to simple musing revolving around software development. Management issues. Client handling tips.
